Company Overview J.G. Cardiello, Inc., established in 2004, now doing business as JCI Development Corp., grew out of the desire to build high quality commercial and residential projects. We aim to raise the standard in quality construction through our “green” initiative. We at JCI strive to provide our clients with a high level of project insight and guidance, as well as an open communication from conception to completion. Each project is carefully analyzed to pinpoint potential challenges and opportunities for cost and time savings while maintaining the highest standards in quality craftsmanship and maximizing your return on investment (ROI). James Giuseppe Cardiello CGC1513567 Driven by a passion of construction and to make a positive impact on the environment by delivering environmentally friendly homes, James has set his sights on the new era in construction. With an eye for quality, James Cardiello, as president of JCI Development Corp., draws from more than a decade of construction experience. He began his career at a young age installing flooring. James has gone on to learn every facet of the construction business from the ground up, first serving as a laborer and later becoming a subcontractor. James has made it a goal to deliver high quality state of the art homes and buildings on a new path of construction with the environment in mind. Born in Staten Island, New York, James lives with his family in Coral Springs, Florida since 1995. He attended Florida International University and majored in Construction Management. Currently active in the South Florida construction and real estate industries he has set his sights on the green construction revolution. Sean Andrew Martin CGC1513863 Sean is a South Florida native with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. After graduating from the University of Florida, he returned home to continue his career in construction having the opportunity to work on projects in Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe and Palm Beach Counties. Starting in high custom home building, Sean then set forth into commercial construction where he has spent the last eight years of his career building multi-family, light industrial and retail projects. With experience in CM at Risk, Design-Build and even LEED projects, he has the ability to service a wide variety of needs.
